Ricardo Pellerano is a lawyer with over 40 years of experience, focusing his practice on
corporate law, banking law, securities, insurance, tourism, real estate, and
telecommunications. He has been part of Pellerano & Herrera since 1975 and became a
Partner in 1986.
For several years, he has been recognized as an outstanding lawyer in the Dominican
Republic by prestigious local and international institutions, such as Chambers and Partners,
Legal 500, IFLR 1000, Who’s Who Legal, Latin Lawyer, among others. In recent years,
Pellerano has been heavily involved in modernizing legal practice in the Dominican Republic
