Isabel Andrickson

Isabel Andrickson joined Pellerano & Herrera in 1995 and has served as a Senior Specialist Attorney since 2018. With over 25 years of experience, Isabel leads the Labor, Digital, and Technology Law practices, specializing in advising leading and emerging companies across diverse industries. Her expertise encompasses labor law, social security, free zones, telecommunications, and more.
Notable contributions include advising the administrator of the largest pension fund in the Dominican Republic on a precedent-setting case concerning the application of Labor Risk Insurance within the Dominican Social Security System. She has also worked with multinationals in industries such as pharmaceuticals, aviation, technology platforms (including mobility, travel agencies, and delivery services), mining, cosmetics, home products, and consumer goods. Her work includes:
- Contracting and termination of senior executives.
- Reviewing benefits and negotiating employment contracts, including remote work and personal data protection.
- Labor advisory during mergers and acquisitions.
- Collective labor rights and negotiations with unions, including mediation before the Ministry of Labor.
In litigation, Isabel has collaborated with the firm’s litigation team to advise a leading technology and communications company in the Caribbean on a lawsuit involving confidentiality breaches by former employees. She has also provided counsel on the restructuring of a pharmaceutical firm, addressing labor and regulatory matters.
