Montserrat Viñals Prestol is a Senior Attorney in the Business Consulting practice at Pellerano & Herrera. With more than 16 years of experience, she has developed a distinguished career in corporate, tax, and transactional law. Her experience includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financings, tax planning, and the structuring of both local and cross-border investments. She has assisted national and international clients in establishing and expanding their operations, both under the ordinary legal framework and within sectors benefiting from tax incentive regimes.
