Among his most notable achievements is the representation of a hotel chain in lawsuits related to the protection of property rights in the eastern region of the Dominican Republic and his involvement in the defense of real estate projects in municipal legal disputes.

The case resulted in maximum sentences for the offenders and approximately $1,000,000 in compensation for the former athlete.
- Contributed as part of the defense team in one of the Dominican Republic’s most high-profile criminal cases involving administrative corruption and money laundering, amounting to over $72,000,000.
- Represented an international commercial entity in a criminal fraud case involving electronic means against the owners of a local free zone, which ceased operations after receiving significant seven-figure sums in U.S. dollars.
- Participated in lawsuits to annul irregular land surveying work on large areas of tourist-oriented land in the eastern Dominican Republic, representing a hotel chain whose property rights were affected.
- Represented a prominent tourism company in a legal dispute over registered property rights to restore property boundaries and remove illegal occupations.
