Mariángela Pellerano joined Pellerano & Herrera in 2003 and became a Partner in 2012, has over 15 years of experience in law, specializing in project financing, mergers and acquisitions, trusts, mining, energy, and banking and corporate law. She has worked with both local and international companies on project financing and corporate matters, providing comprehensive advice on complex transactions, including participation in major mergers and acquisitions operations. Her experience spans both the private and public sectors, advising local and international banks, as well as multilateral institutions on syndicated investments and private equity.

Throughout her career, Mariángela has been a key figure in structuring large-scale projects, especially in the mining and energy sectors, where she has advised on financing complex projects. Her expertise also extends to the creation and management of trusts, enabling her to provide innovative solutions to businesses across various sectors. She has worked with various financial institutions and multinational corporations, facilitating cross-border transactions, and has been recognized for her ability to manage projects requiring coordination between international and local stakeholders.
