Ramón Luciano joined the firm in 1996 as Manager of the Santiago office. In 2009, he relocated to the Santo Domingo office as a Senior Associate in the Banking Department. Currently, he is a Senior Specialist Attorney and leads the Real Estate practice. With over 30 years of legal experience, Ramón advises clients on business, banking, contracts, and real estate law.

Ramón has extensive expertise in advising Dominican banking institutions on mortgage loans and contracts, as well as on the laws and regulations governing real estate transactions. Throughout his career, he has worked in both public and private institutions, including the Santiago Prosecutor’s Office and prominent banking institutions, where he led legal departments.
