Ricardo Pellerano is the Managing Partner of the firm. He joined Pellerano & Herrera in 1975 and became a Partner in 1986. With over four decades of experience, he has spearheaded major projects in corporate law, banking, real estate, telecommunications, and tourism. He has advised financial institutions as well as local and international companies on complex mergers and acquisitions, financing, and restructuring transactions.

Ricardo is renowned for his work in the tourism sector, including the financial restructuring of Cap Cana and supporting the expansion of airline operations such as JetBlue in the Dominican Republic.

A pivotal figure in the development and growth of the Dominican Republic’s business sector, Ricardo has played a vital role in advising major local and international conglomerates. His expertise in banking and corporate law has enabled him to structure high-profile transactions, strengthen financial frameworks for major tourism projects, and support the strategic expansion of aviation enterprises.
