Starlyn Tapia is an attorney with six years of legal experience. He currently serves as Specialized Attorney I in the Litigation Department of Pellerano & Herrera, one of the leading law firms in the Dominican Republic. His extensive experience spans various areas of law, including civil, commercial, consumer disputes, and real estate and personal property foreclosures, making him a highly skilled legal professional.

He has worked closely with key clients such as Magna Motors and VTF, providing legal counsel to both national and multinational companies. His expertise encompasses navigating complex legal challenges related to transportation regulations, commercial disputes, civil matters, and enforcement proceedings.
