Patricia Núñez, a Senior Associate at Pellerano & Herrera, is an accomplished corporate attorney with over 25 years of experience in international business, corporate strategy, and legal advisory. Her practice spans several areas of law, including Civil Law—where she provides guidance on legal business matters such as contracts, sales, guarantees, transfer of rights, and obligations. In Corporate and Commercial Law, she advises on corporate and commercial structuring, including incorporation, dissolution, and liquidation processes for companies, as well as business mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Patricia is also skilled in Administrative Litigation, offering robust representation in legal disputes involving administrative entities.
