Biography
Ana Blandino joined the firm in 2010 and became Associate in the Litigation Department in 2017. She has more than 10 years of experience in legal practice, concentrating on contract, real estate ,civil, commercial ,banking and medical law. Ana represents national and international clients in litigation in order to protect their real estate rights, avoiding the cancellation of their property certificates.
Ana has vast experience assisting important banking institutions in the area of mortgage contracts, transfers and registrations. Likewise, she also has experience advising and executing legal compulsory collection processes of important commercial and banking companies.
She has obtained great achievements by giving legal assistance to important international corporations such as the formalization of guarantees for V-Enery and the formalization of guarantees for Chevron.
Ana received her Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD) in 2010 and has a master’s degree in Civil Law and Civil Procedure. Ana has completed courses and seminars on issues related to criminal procedural law, trusts and estates, family law, real estate litigation, real estate law and civil procedure, among other subjects.
Ana is a member of the Dominican Bar Association and is fluent in Spanish and English.
