Paloma Grullón joined the firm in 2012. She is currently an associate of the firm and advises clients in the areas of corporate, financial, environmental and tax law, as well as securities. She has assisted clients with financial transactions, due diligences and other business law issues.
Paloma has also assisted in Departments of Intellectual Property and Personal Legal Services, representing clients with patent application procedures at the National Office of Intellectual Property and obtaining their Dominican Residences at the Immigration Office, respectively.
Paloma received her law degree, summa cum laude, at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra. In 2014 she graduated from the Master’s in Legal Practice of the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, offered in coordination with the Pellerano & Herrera Foundation. She has attended courses and seminars on issues related to civil rights, trade and commercial arbitration, among others, and participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
