Pellerano & Herrera Amongst the 50 best companies to work for in DR

Pellerano & Herrera has been selected as one of the 50 best companies to work for in the Dominican Republic, according to Mercado magazine’s annual ranking on the best working environments in the country, published in the June-July 2013 edition. Pellerano & Herrera is the only law firm that has qualified for this honorable recognition since the beginning of the ranking in 2007, for the training and professional development initiatives promoted by the company, resulting in the formation of highly qualified individuals, thus strengthening the legal profession in the country.
For the survey, Mercado studied more than 150 companies across the country, analyzing aspects that influence the work environment, such as number of employees, industry, turnover rate, employee wages, in house growth opportunities, among others. The results were then evaluated by a human resources expert committee, responsible for the selection and ranking of the 50 best companies to work for in the Dominican Republic. With a proven success of more than six decades, Pellerano & Herrera is considered a legal icon and a school of law for more than 300 legal professionals who have been part of the firm.
