Published on:Pellerano & Herrera renewed its registration (PSA F04-124) as Environmental services provider to the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources of the Dominican Republic and is the only law firm certified as environmental services provider (PSA) in the country . Also the firm’s partner Gustavo Mena is certified by the Ministry as Environmental services provider (04-276).
Environmental services provider is a physical or legal person responsible for elaboration, review or evaluation of the environmental impact studies, risk studies and environmental management, strategic environmental assessments, environmental diagnostics, environmental statements and audits of environmental assessment.
