Biography
Starlyn Tapia joined the firm in 2018 as Paralegal of the firm’s Service Legal Corporation Department; became Trainee Associate in the Dispute Resolution department in 2019, and was promoted to Associate in 2022, which is his current position. Starlyn has over 4 years of experience in the legal areas of dispute resolution, guarantee, migration, and civil procedure. He currently manages and assists in dispute resolution cases for an important transportation multinational client.
Starlyn received his Bachelor of Laws from Universidad APEC in 2018. He completed the Incorporation of Companies and Types of Contracts course from the Instituto Nacional de Administración Pública (INAP). Concluded the seminars: Divorce Procedures from the Academia Jurídica Nacional; Real Estate Law from Fundación Institucionalidad y Justicia (FINJUS); and Contract Law from the Instituto Nacional de Administración Pública (INAP).
He is fluent in Spanish and has intermediate knowledge of English.
