Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.– Pellerano & Herrera, a leading law firm in the Dominican Republic, announced the incorporation of Jennifer Beauchamps Haché as partner in its Business Legal Consulting practice, with a particular focus on Banking, Finance, and Capital Markets. Her appointment strengthens a team that now comprises seven partners.
Jennifer Beauchamps brings over 20 years of experience advising on highly complex legal transactions in the Dominican market, as well as across multiple jurisdictions. Throughout her career, she has been involved in the structuring and financing—through both traditional banking and capital markets—of projects across various sectors, including manufacturing, hospitality, real estate development, and energy. She also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and other strategic transactions, particularly in the telecommunications, energy, consumer, and hospitality sectors.

Jennifer Beauchamps graduated magna cum laude from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), where she also completed a Master’s degree in Business Law and Economic Legislation. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian. Her professional track record has been recognized by leading international legal directories, including Legal 500, Latin Lawyer 250, and the list of recommended lawyers by the Latin American Corporate Counsel Association (LACCA).
