Jennifer Beauchamps Haché is a partner of the firm and has extensive experience in the areas of Securities and Banking & Finance. She has more than 20 years of experience advising complex legal transactions in the Dominican market, including multi-jurisdictional operations.

Her practice focuses on project structuring and financing, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate law, and tax advisory. She has participated in relevant transactions across the financial, energy, tourism, and real estate sectors.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an associate in local firms in Santo Domingo and Punta Cana for more than six years. She later served as legal consultant to an international investment fund focused on real estate and renewable energy projects.

She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), where she also obtained an LL.M. in Corporate Law and Economic Legislation.

Since 2023, she has served as a professor of Securities Market Legislation in continuing education programs at the Dominican Republic Stock Exchange.
