With over 40 years of experience, he has led significant transactions across corporate law, finance, real estate, telecommunications, and tourism. His work has been instrumental in advising on complex mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and strategic sector expansions.
He holds a law degree from UNPHU and has completed executive education at Northwestern University (Kellogg) and MIT Sloan. Recognized by top international legal directories, Ricardo is known for his strategic thinking, legal expertise, and strong business insight.
